The development is led by prominent builders Meritage Homes and M/I Homes, ensuring quality construction and design. The homes at Colony at Cole Springs are part of Buda's expanding real estate scene, responding to the high demand in the area. Initially, the project was set to bring 501 homes, but there has been an expansion with an additional 300 homes proposed in an adjacent area by Meritage Homes.
