The Colony at Cole Springs is a new residential development located in Buda, Texas, consisting of approximately 530 homes. This neighborhood is designed as a Municipal Utility District, aiming to offer a community-centric living experience with extensive public improvements planned. These improvements include a new regional collector road, upgrades to existing roads like Cole Springs Road and Old Black Colony Road, as well as the addition of public open spaces, trails, bike lanes, and a new bridge over Onion Creek. The development is led by prominent builders Meritage Homes and M/I Homes, ensuring quality construction and design. The homes at Colony at Cole Springs are part of Buda's expanding real estate scene, responding to the high demand in the area. Initially, the project was set to bring 501 homes, but there has been an expansion with an additional 300 homes proposed in an adjacent area by Meritage Homes.
